- Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and slightly crispy.
- Add the Sauce
- Lower heat. Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil. Toss chicken until evenly coated and glossy. Simmer 1–2 minutes.
- Warm Wraps
- Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
- Assemble
- Layer lettuce, carrots, and cucumber on each wrap. Add sweet chili chicken and garnish as desired.
- Serve
- Roll tightly and serve immediately.
