Cook & Season Rice
Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. While warm, gently fold in rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let cool slightly.
Prepare Spicy Tuna
In a bowl, mix tuna with mayonnaise and sriracha until creamy. Adjust heat to taste.
Prepare Creamy Crab
Combine crab meat, mayonnaise, and cream cheese until smooth.
Assemble the Bake
Spread rice evenly in a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with furikake. Layer spicy tuna, then creamy crab on top.
Bake
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until warmed through and lightly golden.
Finish & Serve
Drizzle with extra spicy mayo, garnish with green onions, and serve warm with nori sheets.
