Cook the Noodles
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Make the Sticky Garlic Sauce
Lower heat to medium. Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and sesame oil.
Thicken the Sauce
Add the cornstarch slurry and simmer until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
Combine
Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat. Add cooked noodles and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
Serve
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
