Ingredients
  

  • 32 oz frozen fully cooked beef meatballs
  • 2 packets brown gravy mix
  • 1 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • cups beef broth
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional for thicker gravy
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cold water

Method
 

  1. Make the Gravy Base
  2. In a bowl, whisk together gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, onion soup mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Add Meatballs
  4. Place frozen meatballs into the slow cooker.
  5. Pour Sauce
  6. Pour gravy mixture over the meatballs and gently stir to coat.
  7. Cook
  8. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until heated through.
  9. Thicken (Optional)
  10. Mix cornstarch with cold water. Stir into slow cooker and cook an additional 20–30 minutes on HIGH.
  11. Serve
  12. Stir gently and serve hot over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.
