Cook the Noodles
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
Sauté Garlic
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add a small drizzle of sesame oil and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Combine
Add cooked noodles to the skillet. Pour in the sauce and toss until evenly coated and heated through.
Serve
Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
