Start the Base

Add Liquid & Pasta
Pour in broth and cream. Add uncooked pasta and stir to submerge.
Simmer
Bring to a gentle simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and sauce thickens naturally.
Finish with Cheese
Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
Season & Serve
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.
