- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken in a single layer and cook until golden and fully cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and cook for 20–30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Add cornstarch slurry if needed and stir until sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
- Return chicken to the pan and toss until evenly coated.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
