Stir in olive oil, salt, and flour to form a soft dough.
Knead lightly until smooth, then let rest 10 minutes.
Roll dough into a rectangle and place on baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter or olive oil.
Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over dough.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
Slice into breadsticks and serve warm.
