Ingredients
  

  • For the Dough
  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 2¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • For the Topping
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand 5 minutes until foamy.
  3. Stir in olive oil, salt, and flour to form a soft dough.
  4. Knead lightly until smooth, then let rest 10 minutes.
  5. Roll dough into a rectangle and place on baking sheet.
  6. Brush with melted butter or olive oil.
  7. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over dough.
  8. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  10. Slice into breadsticks and serve warm.
