Ingredients
  

  • For the Filling
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 6 oz cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
  • For the Dough
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough, divided
  • Garlic Parmesan Topping
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
  4. Add a spoonful of beef and a cube of cheese to the center.
  5. Wrap dough around filling, pinching seams tightly to seal.
  6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over each bomb.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and parsley on top.
  9. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  10. Cool slightly before serving.
