Ingredients
  

  • Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef 80–85% lean
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 16 small cubes cheddar mozzarella, or American cheese
  • Dough
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough divided into 16 pieces
  • Garlic Parmesan Topping
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley optional

Method
 

  1. Cook the beef
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
  3. Prepare the dough
  4. Divide dough into 16 pieces and flatten each into a small circle.
  5. Fill & seal
  6. Add 1 tablespoon beef and 1 cheese cube to the center. Wrap dough around filling and pinch tightly to seal.
  7. Bake
  8. Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 16–18 minutes, until golden and puffed.
  9. Garlic Parmesan finish
  10. Mix melted butter with garlic. Brush hot bombs generously, then sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
  11. Serve
  12. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
