Cook the beef
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain excess grease and let cool slightly.
Prepare the dough
Divide dough into 16 pieces and flatten each into a small circle.
Fill & seal
Add 1 tablespoon beef and 1 cheese cube to the center. Wrap dough around filling and pinch tightly to seal.
Bake
Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 16–18 minutes, until golden and puffed.
Garlic Parmesan finish
Mix melted butter with garlic. Brush hot bombs generously, then sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
Serve
Serve warm with dipping sauces.
