Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken Bites
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta
  • 10 oz pasta fettuccine, linguine, or penne
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup reserved pasta water as needed
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional Garnish
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Cook the Pasta
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
  3. Season the Chicken
  4. Toss chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook the Chicken
  6. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  7. Garlic Butter Base
  8. Reduce heat and add garlic to the skillet. Cook briefly until fragrant.
  9. Make the Sauce
  10. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  11. Combine
  12. Add pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss gently, adding pasta water as needed.
  13. Serve
  14. Garnish and serve immediately.
