Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Season the Chicken
Toss chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken in a single layer and cook until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Garlic Butter Base
Reduce heat and add garlic to the skillet. Cook briefly until fragrant.
Make the Sauce
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
Combine
Add pasta and chicken back to the skillet. Toss gently, adding pasta water as needed.
Serve
Garnish and serve immediately.
