Method
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken in a single layer and cook until golden and fully cooked, turning as needed. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the skillet and let melt.
- Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter sauce.
- Cook 1–2 minutes more, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
