Method
- Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Sprinkle cheese evenly in the center, leaving a border.
- Add optional fillings if using, keeping everything centered.
- Fold sides inward and roll tightly into burritos.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Lightly butter the outside of each burrito.
- Place burritos seam-side down and grill 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Flip carefully and grill until cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from heat, rest 1 minute, slice, and serve warm.
