Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in generously salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Sauté Garlic
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add Tomatoes
Stir in crushed tomatoes, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer uncovered for 10–15 minutes.
Make It Creamy
Reduce heat and slowly stir in the cream until the sauce becomes smooth and velvety.
Combine Pasta & Sauce
Add pasta to the skillet and toss to coat. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
Finish
Stir in Parmesan cheese, taste, and adjust seasoning. Garnish and serve immediately.
