- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
- Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Add cooked noodles and prepared sauce to the skillet. Toss quickly to coat evenly.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
