In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Warm tortillas briefly until pliable.
Place 2–3 tablespoons of filling along one edge of each tortilla. Roll tightly and place seam-side down.
Fry: Heat oil over medium heat and fry taquitos until golden and crispy on all sides.
Bake: Brush with oil and bake at 200°C / 400°F for 15–18 minutes, flipping once.
Air Fry: Cook at 190°C / 375°F for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Drain briefly (if fried) and serve hot with dipping sauces.
