Ingredients
  

  • Crispy Chicken
  • 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • cups breadcrumbs or panko
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Wrap Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup ranch dressing more to taste
  • Optional: shredded lettuce sliced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Prepare Chicken
  2. Pat chicken strips dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Bread the Chicken
  4. Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry Until Crispy
  6. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken in batches until golden and cooked through, about 3–4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Cook Bacon
  8. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
  9. Assemble Wraps
  10. Warm tortillas slightly. Layer crispy chicken, bacon, optional toppings, and drizzle generously with ranch dressing.
  11. Wrap & Serve
  12. Roll tightly, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
