Ingredients
  

  • Bread
  • 1 large French or Italian bread loaf
  • Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or diced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese extra creamy filling
  • Chopped green onions or parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Prepare the bread
  4. Slice the bread lengthwise and hollow out some of the inside to create space for the filling.
  5. Make the filling
  6. In a bowl, combine chicken, bacon, ranch seasoning, mozzarella, cheddar, and optional cream cheese. Mix well.
  7. Stuff the bread
  8. Fill the bread generously with the chicken bacon ranch mixture.
  9. Bake
  10. Place on the baking sheet and bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Serve
  12. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
