Ingredients
  

  • For the Chicken Filling
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk for lighter version
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • For the Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Spoon filling onto warm tortillas and roll into wraps.
  7. Optional: toast wraps briefly in a dry skillet until lightly golden.
  8. Serve warm.
