  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk for lighter option
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • For the Wraps
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or green onions

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and cook until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Lower heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  4. Stir in cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add mozzarella and cheddar, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Spoon the cheesy garlic chicken into warm tortillas.
  7. Roll tightly into wraps and serve warm.
  8. Optional: Toast wraps briefly in a dry skillet until lightly golden.
