Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450 g boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, diced
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 4 –5 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • –2 cups shredded cheese mozzarella, cheddar, or blend
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • Optional Add-Ins
  • Chili flakes or hot sauce
  • Cream cheese or garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley or green onions

Method
 

  1. Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden and fully cooked.
  3. Reduce heat slightly and add garlic; cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Warm tortillas until soft and pliable.
  6. Spoon filling into tortillas, fold in sides, and roll tightly.
  7. Optional: Toast wraps in a dry skillet until golden on both sides.
  8. Serve hot.
