Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until just al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic until fragrant. Add cream cheese, cream, and broth. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Combine
Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce. Toss until evenly coated.
Bake
Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
Serve
Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
