- Cut the Cake
- Cut angel food cake into 1–1½ inch bite-size cubes.
- Prepare Cinnamon Sugar
- In a shallow bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon until combined. Set aside.
- Melt Butter
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Crisp the Cake Bites
- Add cake cubes in a single layer. Cook, turning gently, until all sides are lightly golden and crisp.
- Coat with Cinnamon Sugar
- While warm, transfer bites to the cinnamon sugar mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Serve Warm
- Let rest for 2 minutes, then serve immediately.
