Ingredients
  

  • 1 jar dill pickle chips drained and patted dry
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Method
 

  1. Drain pickle chips and pat completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Set up three bowls: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings in the third.
  3. Dredge each pickle in flour, dip into egg, then coat well with breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
