Method
- Drain pickle chips and pat completely dry with paper towels.
- Set up three bowls: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with seasonings in the third.
- Dredge each pickle in flour, dip into egg, then coat well with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange pickles in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 7–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
